PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints

Gerald Campbell Keast, and
Maurice John Short

to be members of the Mount Somers Domain Board, Canterbury Land District, Ashburton County, in place of Baden Christopher Alexander Harvey and Lloyd Somers Morgan, left the district, and Matthew Thomas Wightman, resigned.

Appointment of the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints

Revocation of Appointment of Papanui Domain Board

Declaration That the Papanui Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Vesting in the Christchurch City Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Papanui Domain Board as published in Gazette, 2 May 1963, Vol. II, p. 585, declares that the Papanui Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act; and, further, pursuant to the said Act, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch, in trust, for recreation purposes.
