  2. All that area in the County of Waitemata, delineated on
    Plan No. 3226 and deposited in the offices of the Fire Service
    Council and shaded pink thereon, is hereby constituted the
    Titirangi Urban Fire District.

PURSUANT to section 54 of the Education Act 1964, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes
the following order.


O R D E R

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Rosehill College Board
    of Governors Order 1970.

(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of
November 1970.

  1. There shall be a Board of Governors for Rosehill College
    which shall be constituted as follows:

(a) One member appointed by the Auckland Education
Board;

(b) Eight members elected by the parents of the pupils
attending the school;

(c) Two members co-opted by the Board of Governors
itself, if and when it thinks fit.

  1. The Papakura High School Board shall cease to control
    Rosehill College and the sole control of that school shall be
    vested in the Board of Governors constituted by clause 2 of
    this order.

    Agricultural Pests Order 1970.

(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the
date of its notification in the Gazette.

  1. Opossums and wallabies are hereby declared to be pests
    of local importance in the Waiheke County pest destruction
    district.

Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand
do hereby give the following notice:


N O T I C E

THE notice dated the 5th day of February one thousand nine
hundred and one published in the New Zealand Gazette on
7 February 1901, at page 343, which exempted from mining
certain lands in the Westland District within the Totara
Whitcombe Pass and Waitaha Survey Districts, is hereby
revoked.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this 1st day of September 1970.
