CORRIGENDUM

In the notice dated the 29th day of June 1970, and published in Gazette, 30 July 1970, No. 44, at page 1323, proclaiming land as road, road closed, and land taken and allocated in Block V, Tautane Survey District and Block VIII, Weber Survey District, Dannevirk County, pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, for the name Robert Walker Franklin, where it appears in line 24 of the said notice, read Robert Walter Franklin, and for the number 232562 where it appears in line 38 of the said notice, read 232652 which said name and number appear in the original notice signed by the Minister of Works.

Land Held for the Purpose of Improving and Maintaining a Drain in the City of Palmerston North, Set Apart for Street

A PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Palmerston North, having been acquired by a Proclamation dated the 22nd day of June 1899, published in the Gazette, 29 June 1899, Volume I, at page 1208, and registered as No. 723956, Wellington Land Registry.

Now therefore, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the said land is hereby set apart for street as from the 9th day of November 1970.

All that piece of land containing 4.1 perches situated in the City of Palmerston North, Wellington R.D., being Lot 40, D.P. 31508, being part Section 367, Town of Palmerston North. Part certificate of title No. 5B/332, Wellington Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of November 1970.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 35 of the Finance Act (No. 2) 1945, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Coun-
