PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the declaration dated the 20th day of May, 1970, and published in the Gazette, 11 June 1970, No. 34, page 1033, declaring land taken in Block IX, Waitara Survey District, Clifton County for the purposes of the Natural Gas Corporation Act 1967, and hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Natural Gas Corporation Act 1967, and shall vest in the Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand from and after the 2nd day of November 1970.
