Storm Water Drainage Easement

subject to the storm water drainage easement reserved by
Transfer No. 777373, from and after the 26th day of October

305 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, Namely,
Pleasure Grounds, Gardens, Libraries, Museums, and Art
Galleries in the City of Lower Hutt

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the
fencing covenant contained in transfer No. 443836, Wellington
Land Registry, for the following purposes authorised by
section 305 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, namely,
pleasure grounds, gardens, libraries, museums, and art galleries,
and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
hereby taken, subject to the fencing covenant contained in
transfer No. 371914, Wellington Land Registry, and together
with the rights of way contained in transfer No. 371914 (the
said rights of way being subject to K. 34510 Conditions of
Consent by the Lower Hutt City Council) for the following
purposes authorised by section 305 of the Municipal Corpora-
tions Act 1954, namely, pleasure grounds, gardens, libraries,
museums, and art galleries; and that the said pieces of land
shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City
of Lower Hutt from and after the 26th day of October 1970.
