Revoking a Proclamation Declaring an Area in the West Coast Acclimatisation District to be a Wildlife Refuge (Part Block IV, Cobden Survey District)

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation issued on the 20th day of April 1953*, declaring an area of land in the Cobden Survey District, in the West Coast Acclimatisation District, to be a sanctuary for the purposes of the Animals Protection and Game Act 1921-22.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of October 1970.

Land Taken for a Limited Access Road in Block VIII, Drury Survey District, Franklin County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of October 1970.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land situated in Block VIII, Drury Survey District, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23841 (S.O. 46328) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 5.8 perches situated in Block VIII, Drury Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 38, Opaheke Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23841 (S.O. 46328) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of October 1970.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare, that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of October 1970.
