TAKE notice that a meeting of creditors in the above matter will be held at the offices of Wilkinson, Christmas, Steen and Co., Sixth Floor, Power Board Building, 187 Queen Street, Auckland, on the 28th day of October 1970, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the following purposes:

1. To consider and determine what action should be taken relating to a matter in dispute between the liquidator and the committee of inspection.
