Declaring Land Taken for Buildings of the General
Government (R.N.Z.A.F. Residential Accommodation) in
the Borough of Blenheim
Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the
General Government, and that the land described in the
Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to easement
certificate No. 47054, for buildings of the General Government
and that the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is
hereby taken, subject to No. 46522 building line restriction,
for buildings of the General Government, and that the land
described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is hereby taken,
subject to easement certificate No. 47054 and subject to No.
46522 building line restriction, for buildings of the General
Government from and after the 19th day of October 1970.
