The said Brian Porter and Graham Edward Crooks to exercise their functions at such places within the Dependency as may be directed by the officer for the time being appointed as an officer of the Government of the Dependency in whom is vested the general executive and administrative authority in preserving Her Majesty’s rights and sovereignty and the laws and regulations in force in the Dependency; and to hold office and exercise the duties thereof during pleasure.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, as the Governor of the Ross Dependency, this 1st day of October 1970.
