A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a further portion of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the lands situated within the limits of the area shown coloured red on the plan marked M.O.W. 23310 (S.O. 44880, 3 sheets) referred to in the said Schedule.
