PURSUANT to section 136 (3) of the Land and Income Tax Act 1954, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint on 28 September 1970, Peter Charles Ensor, of Double Hill, Methven, farmer, to act, during the absence of David McLeod, on the Snow Loss Reserve Committee for the purposes of the Land and Income Tax Act 1954.
