A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the construction of water works and
shall vest in the Auckland Regional Authority, as from the
date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of
October 1970.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 58 acres and 10 perches
situated in Block VIII, Opaheke Survey District and Block
III, Wharekawa Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and
being part Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 12197; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24525
(S.O. 46388) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
26th day of September 1970.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of
October 1970.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIV, Piako Survey
District, described as follows:

0 2 37 Part Allotment 188A, Whangamarino Parish;
coloured yellow on plan.

0 0 13.1 Part Allotment 189A, Whangamarino Parish;
coloured blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 24531 (S.O. 44174) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above-mentioned.

Allocating Railway Land for Road in Block IX, Kaitawa
Survey District, Hutt County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land
which is described in the Schedule hereto (and which is
railway land by virtue of the Wellington and Manawatu
Railway Purchase Act 1908, and which is not now required
for such purpose) shall, upon publication hereof in the
Gazette, become road, and that such road shall be maintained
by the National Roads Board in like manner as other public
highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.
