hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be
taken is deposited in the Municipal Chambers, the Octagon,
Dunedin, and is open for inspection without fee, by all
persons, during ordinary office hours, and that all persons
affected by the execution of the said public work or by the
taking of the said lands should, if they have any objections
to the execution of the said public work or the taking of such
lands, not being an objection to the amount or payment of
compensation, set forth the same in writing and send such
written objection within 40 days from the first publication of
this notice, namely, the 19th day of September 1970, to the
Town Clerk of the Corporation, and that if any objection is
made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the
objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires,
and that each objector will be advised of the time and place
of hearing.

containing 1 rood 13.8 perches, more or less, being part
Section 18A, Block B, Otakou Maori Reserve, and being part
of the land comprised in certificate of title, Register Book
Volume 186, folio 22, as the same is more particularly shown
on Survey Office Plan No. 13300 and thereon coloured blue,
and being part of the property intersected by the road known
as McGrouther Road, Harrington Point. -
That piece of land situated in the City of Dunedin, con-
taining 2 acres and 3.1 perches, more or less, being part
Section 19, Block B, Otakou Maori Reserve, and being part
of the land comprised in certificate of title, Register Book
Volume 353, folio 241, as the same is more particularly
shown on Survey Office Plan No. 13300 and thereon coloured
sepia, and being part of the property intersected by the road
known as McGrouther Road, Harrington Point. -
That piece of land situated in the City of Dunedin, con-
taining 1 rood 24 perches, more or less, being part Section 46,
Block A. 2, Otakou Maori Reserve, and being part of the
land comprised in certificate of title, Register Book Volume
299, folio 183, as the same is more particularly shown on
Survey Office Plan No. 13300 and thereon coloured orange,
and being part of the property intersected by the road known
as McGrouther Road, Harrington Point.

BAY OF ISLANDS COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Simpson Park Hall Loan 1970, $16,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Bay
of Islands County Council hereby resolved as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing annual charges on a
loan of $16,000 authorised to be raised by the Bay of Islands
County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the pur-
poses of financing the completion of the Simpson Park Domain
Hall, the said Bay of Islands County Council hereby makes a
special rate of decimal nought one five (.015) cents in the
dollar upon the rateable value on the basis of unimproved
value, of all the rateable property in the whole County of
Bay of Islands, and that the special rate shall be an annual-
recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable
yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during
the currency of the loan, being a period of 15 years, or until
the loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy
of a resolution of the Bay of Islands County Council, passed
on Wednesday, 16 September 1970.

Te Wahapu Roading Loan 1970, $8,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Bay
of Islands County Council hereby resolved as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing annual charges on a
loan of $8,000 authorised to be raised by the Bay of Islands
County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the pur-
poses of financing the construction of the Te Wahapu
Peninsular Access Road, the said Bay of Islands County
Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought two
two (.022) cents in the dollar upon the rateable value on the
basis of unimproved value, of all the rateable property in
the whole County of Bay of Islands, and that the special
rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of
the loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in
each and every year during the currency of the loan, being
a period of 4 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy
of a resolution of the Bay of Islands County Council, passed
on Wednesday, 16 September 1970.

TAKAPUNA CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Streets Improvements Redemption Loan No. 7, 1970β$22,800
IN pursuance of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the
Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Takapuna City Council
resolves as follows:
"That, for the purposes of providing the interest and other
charges on the Streets Improvements Redemption Loan No. 7,
1970-$22,800, authorised to be raised by the Takapuna City
Council by way of special loan under the Local Authorities
Loans Act 1956, for the purpose of repaying on maturity that
portion of the Streets Improvements Loan 1952 of $400,000
which matures on 5 October 1970, the Takapuna City Council
makes a special rate of decimal nought nought eight cents
(.008c) in the dollar ($) on the rateable unimproved value of
all rateable property in the City of Takapuna, and that such
special rate shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of August
in each and every year during the currency of the loan
being a period of ten (10) years, or until the loan is fully
paid off."
The above resolution was passed at a meeting of the
Takapuna City Council held on the 15th day of September
1970.

Redemption Loan No. 67, 1970-$214,000
CERTIFIED copy of a resolution passed at a meeting of the
Auckland City Council held on the 16th day of September
1970.
"That, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it
in that behalf by the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and
amendments, the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and
amendment, and regulations thereunder, and of all other
powers thereunto enabling it, the Auckland City Council
hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing interest and other
charges on a loan of two hundred and fourteen thousand
dollars ($214,000) to be known as the Redemption Loan No.
67, 1970-$214,000, which amount is proposed to be raised by
