THE liquidator of P. B. Dale and Co. Ltd. (in voluntary
liquidation) doth hereby fix the 9th day of October 1970, as
the day on or before which the creditors of the company are
to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they
may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies
Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution
made before such debts are proved, or as the case may
be, from objecting to such distribution.

IN THE MATTER of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, and IN THE
MATTER of the WAIUKU PAROCHIAL DISTRICT TRUST BOARD:

NOTICE is hereby given that THE WAIUKU PAROCHIAL DISTRICT
TRUST BOARD has filed in the Supreme Court at Auckland a
motion for an order approving a scheme under the provisions
of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, altering the conditions upon
which it holds certain land in the Borough of Waiuku being
more particularly described in the Schedule hereto.

The scheme relates to the said land which is held for the
purpose of a parsonage for the use of the clergyman for the
time being who shall hold the licence of the Bishop of Auckland,
for the time being in cure of the souls of the people of
the Waiuku District in communion with the Church of the
province of New Zealand, commonly called "the Church of
England", such land being no longer required for that purpose.
From and after the date on which the scheme is approved by
an order made by a Judge of the Supreme Court of New
Zealand, the said land shall be held for the general charitable
purposes within the Waiuku Parochial District of the said
Church, with powers of sale and disposal and application of
the proceeds of such sale or disposal for such general
charitable purposes as aforesaid.

Notice is further given that the motion is to be heard at
the Supreme Court at Auckland, on Monday, the 19th day of
October 1970, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, and any person
desiring to oppose the scheme is hereby required to give
written notice of his intention to do so, to the Registrar of
the Supreme Court at Auckland and to the Waiuku Parochial
District Trust Board at the address for service of their solicitors
under-mentioned, and to the Attorney-General not less
than 7 clear days before the said date of hearing.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land situate at the corner of Kaiwako Road
and George Street, Waiuku, containing 5 acres, more or less,
being part of Allotment 5, Parish of Waiuku East and being
all the land in certificate of title, Volume 586, folio 46, North
Auckland Registry, limited as to parcels.
