EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 119, folio 298 (Otago Registry), in the name of George Heslope Mitchell, of Gore, accountant, for 24 perches, more or less, situated in the Borough of Lawrence, being Sections 11, 12, 41, and 42, Block XLII, Town of Lawrence, and application 360237 having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiry of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
