Licences Issued Under the Animal Remedies Act 1967 (Notice No. Ag. 10681)

PURSUANT to section 21 (6) of the Animal Remedies Act 1967, the Registrar hereby gives notice that licences have been issued as set out in the Schedules hereto:

Those in Schedule I are subject to no conditions.

The Product in Schedule II is subject to the conditions:

(1) That it is not sold to any person other than a veterinary surgeon, or a dealer, or otherwise than pursuant to the prescription of a veterinary surgeon.

(2) That it is not used otherwise than by or under the supervision of a veterinary surgeon.

Those in Schedule III relate to changes of name of licensed remedies.

The product in Schedule IV is subject to a change in the proprietor’s name only.
