hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be
taken is deposited in the post office at Tauranga and is there
open for inspection; that all persons affected by the taking of
the said land should, if they have any objections to the taking
of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment
of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send
the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of
this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington; and that,
if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a
public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector
otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the
time and place of the hearing.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions
of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in
the Schedule hereto for road: And notice is hereby further
given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is
deposited in the post office at Te Puke and is there open for
inspection; that all persons affected by the taking of the said
land should, if they have any objections to the taking of the
said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of
compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the
written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this
notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington; and that, if
any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public
hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise
requires, and each objector will be advised of the time

Tututawa Domain to be administered as a public domain
by the Domain Board.

Declaration That the Dillmans Domain Shall be a Recreation
Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said
Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby declares that the Dillmans Domain described
in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions
of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953,
and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part
II of the said Act, and further revokes the reservation for
recreation purposes over the said reserve.

the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act
1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject
to Part II of the said Act, and further, revokes the reservation
for recreation purposes over the said reserve.
