Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS, by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas it is desired to release that land from the provisions of the said Part XXIV:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1970, No. 39.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS, by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas certain parcels of the land have

been released from the provisions of the said part XXIV; and whereas, it is desired to release a further parcel of land from the provisions of Part XXIV aforesaid; and whereas, it is desired that the balance of the land (under the present appellations) shall remain subject to the provisions of the said part XXIV:

Now, therefore, pursuant to sections 330 and 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1970, No. 41.

2. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

3. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked, being replaced, to the extent necessary, by notices issued contemporaneously with this notice, as set out in the Third Schedule hereto.
