Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in

government together with and subject to rights of way created
in and by Transfer 478381, and subject to the right of way
created in and by Transfer 564171, and subject to the agreements

Natural Gas Corporation Act 1967 and shall vest in the
