PURSUANT to section 50 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.

This notice may be cited as the Morrinsville College Board of Governors Notice 1970.

The Board of Governors of Morrinsville College shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the South Auckland Education Board;
(b) Five members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school;
(c) One member appointed by the Morrinsville Borough Council;
(d) One member appointed by the Piako County Council;
(e) One member appointed by the Board of Governors itself;
(f) One member co-opted by the Board of Governors itself, if and when it thinks fit.
- This notice is in substitution for the Morrinsville Board of Governors Order 1955*.

PURSUANT to section 50 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.

This notice may be cited as the Tauranga Colleges Board of Governors Notice 1970.

The Board of Governors of Tauranga Boys College, Tauranga Girls College, Otumoetai College, and of any other secondary school for the time being placed under the control of that Board shall be known as the Tauranga Colleges Board of Governors and shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the South Auckland Education Board;
(b) Eight members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the schools, of which members at least two shall be men and at least two shall be women;
(c) One member appointed by the Tauranga City Council;
(d) Two members co-opted by the Board of Governors itself, if and when it thinks fit.
