THE liquidator of Pearl Casing Co. (N.Z.) Ltd., does hereby fix the 2nd day of October 1970, as the day on or before which creditors of the company have to prove their claims or debts, and to establish priority (if any) under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, otherwise they may be excluded from the benefits of any distribution made before such claims or debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objection to such distribution.
