A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public library and a hall site and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of September 1970.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 24 perches situated in Block VIII, Waitemata Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 49045. All certificates of title, Nos. 12B/816 and 12B/817, North Auckland Land Registry.
