County, Subject to and Together with Certain Easements

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for scientific and industrial
research purposes from and after the 7th day of September
1970, subject as the land firstly described in the Schedule hereto
to the right of way and the electric wires pipes and poles ease-
ment and together with the right of way created by transfer
No. 248560, and subject as to the land secondly described in
the Schedule hereto to the right of way and the sewage
easement and together with the right of way created by transfer
No. 344014, Canterbury Land Registry.
