CORRIGENDUM

In the Declaration dated the 3rd day of July 1970, and published in Gazette, 30 July 1970, No. 44, at page 1327, declaring land acquired for a Government work and not required for that purpose to be Crown land in the Borough of Ellerslie, for the plan number “M.O.W. 24904” which appears in the Schedule thereto, read “M.O.W. 24294” which last-mentioned number appears in the Declaration signed by the Minister of Works.

Land Taken in Connection with Street Extension, Namely, the Extension of an Existing Street in the City of Lower Hutt

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with street extension, namely, the extension of an existing street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of September 1970.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 23.4 perches situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., and being Lot 11, D.P. 4582. All certificate of title, Volume 314, folio 145, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of August 1970.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of September 1970.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 9.3 perches situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, City of Auckland, North Auckland R.D., being part Allotments 12 and 13, Section 44, City of Auckland. All certificate of title, Volume 596, folio 245 (limited as to parcels), North Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of August 1970.
