The liquidator of the Lake Paringa Lodge and Tourist Centre
Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix
the 25th day of September 1970, as the day on or before
which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts
or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority
under section 308 of the Act, or to be excluded from the
benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved
or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter
of Braehead Colliery Ltd., notice is hereby given that by an
entry in its minute book dated 28 August 1970, the above-
named company passed a resolution for voluntary winding-up,
and that a meeting of the creditors of the said company will
be held pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955,
at the registered office of the company, 152 Mackay Street,
Greymouth, on Friday, the 11th day of September 1970, at
3 p.m., at which meeting a full statement of the affairs of the
company together with a list of creditors and the estimated
amount of their claims will be laid before the meeting, and
at which meeting the creditors pursuant to section 285 of the
Companies Act 1955, may nominate a person to be liquidator
of the company and may, pursuant to section 286 of the
Companies Act 1955, appoint a committee of inspection.

the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the
28th day of October 1969, presented to the said Court by

the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting
at Hamilton, on Friday, the 4th day of September 1970, at 10
o'clock in the forenoon, and any creditor or contributory of the
