is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Thomas
Edmund Donovan of Katikati, farmer, and Hilda Josephine
Donovan, his wife, subject to mortgage No. A. 420530, North
Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land
described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaims as
closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and
hereby proclaims that the land described in the Third Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of subsection (6) of
the said section 29, and also declares that the piece of road
first mentioned in the said Second Schedule, when so closed,
and the piece of land first mentioned in the said Third
Schedule, when so taken, shall vest in Waipat Downs Limited,
and further declares that the pieces of road secondly and thirdly
mentioned in the said Second Schedule, when so closed, and
the piece of land secondly mentioned in the said Third
Schedule, when so taken, shall vest in Waiau Pa Farms Limited
subject to mortgage A. 15314, North Auckland Land Registry.
