IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER
of STRATA FASHION LIMITED, a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at 63 Manners Street, Wellington:
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the
10th day of August 1970, presented to the said Court by
RUDDER'S CUSTOMS & SHIPPING (N.Z.) LIMITED, a duly incor-
porated company having its registered office at 99 Beach Road,
Auckland, forwarding agents. And that the said petition is
directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington, on
the 16th day of September 1970, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon;
and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous
to support or oppose the making of an order on the said
petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his
counsel for the purpose; and a copy of the petition will be
furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory
of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regu-
lated charge for the same.

AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby
given that the Auckland City Council proposes, under the
provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to execute a certain
public work, namely, resubdivision and improvement in a
reclamation area (proclaimed under Part II of the Housing
Improvement Act 1945) in the City of Auckland, and for the
purpose of such public work the fee simple estate in the land
described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and
notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land in respect
of which the interest above-described is so required to be
taken is deposited in the public office of the City Valuers
Department, Civic Administration Building, Auckland, and is
open for public inspection without fee, by all persons, during
ordinary office hours.
Every person affected who wishes to make any objection to
the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the
said interest in the said land (not being an objection to the
amount or payment of compensation), must state his objection
in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first
publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk, Civic Administra-
tion Building, Auckland. If any objection is made a public
hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector
otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the
time and place of the hearing.

33, folio 261, North Auckland Land Registry, being situated at
17 Pratt Street, Auckland.

NOTICE TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD AND TO STOP ROAD

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions
of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work,
namely, the construction of a road, and for the purposes of
that public work the land described in the First Schedule
hereto is required to be taken, and the portions of the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto are required to be
stopped. And notice is further given that the plan of the land
so required to be taken, and the portions of the road required
to be stopped, is deposited in the office of the Tauranga County
Council, Barke's Corner, Cameron Road, Tauranga, and is
there open for inspection, that all persons affected by the exe-
cution of the said public work, or by the taking of the said
land, or by the stopping of the said portions of road should, if
they have any objections to the execution of the said public
work, or the taking of the said land, or by the stopping of the
said portions of road, not being objections to the amount or
payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and
send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication
of this notice, to the Tauranga County Council at Tauranga, and
that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a
public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector
otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the
time and place of the Council meeting at which the hearing
will be held.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Napier City Council proposes
under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute
a certain public work, namely, to lay out and construct an
access-way over land known as Goat Lane, from Hastings
Street to the Marine Parade in the City of Napier, and for the
purpose of such public work to acquire the land described in
the Schedule hereto; and notice is hereby further given that a
plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the
public office of the Napier City Council situate in Hastings
Street, Napier, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all
persons during ordinary office hours.
