to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in
the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Otago
Presbyterian Church Board of Property (now the Otago
Foundation Trust Board) by Princes Street Properties Limited,
a duly incorporated company having its registered office at
Dunedin, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No.
11179, recorded in certificate of title, Volume 308, folio 90,
Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purpose of
parking places and the said leasehold estate shall vest in the
Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Dunedin from
and after the 9th day of February 1970.
