Declaring Land Taken, Together with Drainage Rights, for a Secondary School in the City of Nelson

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the grant of drainage rights created by document No. 52827 (recorded 73/517) and together with the grant of drainage rights created by document No. 52828 (recorded 73/519), is hereby taken for a secondary school from and after the 9th day of February 1970.

Declaring Land and an Easement over Land Taken for a State Primary School in Block IV, Kawakawa Survey District, Bay of Islands County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a State primary school from and after the 9th day of February 1970; and that a storm-water drainage easement is hereby taken for the purposes of a State primary school over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto from and after the 9th day of February 1970, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen, first, the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to drain and discharge storm water on to the said land; and, secondly, the full and free liberty, right, licence, and authority in perpetuity for Her Majesty's servants, agents, and workmen,

from time to time and all times hereafter, to go, pass, or repass, with or without vehicles or other equipment, over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the maintenance and repair of the drain on the said land, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto.
