CORRIGENDUM

In the notice dated the 10th day of September 1969 and
published in the Gazette, 9 October 1969, No. 61, p. 1954,
proclaiming land as road and road closed and incorporated in
lease in perpetuity in Blocks III and IX, Tarras Survey District,
and road closed and incorporated in pastoral lease in Tarras
Survey District, in place of the area of land containing 1 acre
1 rood 15.4 perches secondly described in the First Schedule
thereto read the following:

A. R. P.
1 1 15.4} Parts Run 628, Block IX, coloured orange on
0 3 31.9} plan.
which areas and description appear in the original notice
signed by the Minister of Works.

Additional Land Taken for a State Primary School in the
Borough of Temuka

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for a State primary school; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
9th day of February 1970.

SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood situated in the
Borough of Temuka, Canterbury R.D., being Section 231, Town
of Arowhenua. All certificate of title, Volume 265, folio 173,
Canterbury Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
22nd day of December 1969.

Rotorua County

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for road.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 0.5 of a perch situated in
Block III, Rotoiti Survey District, being part Waipapa No. 2
Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 8148 (S.O. 39452) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
21st day of January 1970.
