Declaring Land Taken for Street in the City of Manukau

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Manukau from and after the 17th day of August 1970.

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 25.8 perches situated in Block XI, Wairoa Survey District, City of Manukau, North Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 53287; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23792 (S.O. 45547) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Declaring Land Taken for Street, for River Diversion and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a River Diversion in the City of Manukau

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for river diversion, and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a river diversion, and that the land described in the said First and Third Schedules shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Manukau from and after the 17th day of August 1970.
