A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Dunedin as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of August 1970.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a transformer station and shall vest in the Tauranga Electric Power Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of August 1970.

Allocating Railway Land for Road in Block V, Waitemata Survey District, Waitemata County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto (which was taken for the Kaipara-Waikato Railway and is not now required for such purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road, and that such road shall be under the control of the National Roads Board and shall be maintained by the said Board in like manner as other roads are controlled and maintained by the said Board.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a road desired to be constructed over Blocks III and IV, Piopiotea Survey District, viz, a deviation of the Ngapuke-Bush section of the Taumarunui-Turangi No. 41 State Highway, shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the lands situated within the limits shown coloured red on the plan marked M.O.W. 24355 (S.O. 45340) referred to in the said Schedule.
