Declaring a Sewage Easement over Land Taken for an Industrial Health Clinic in the City of Auckland

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, a sewage easement is hereby taken for the purposes of an industrial health clinic over the land described in the First Schedule hereto vesting in Her Majesty the Queen first, the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to convey sewage above, under, or over the said land and for that purpose to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of sewage pipes along, over, or under the said land, and secondly full and free liberty, right, licence, and authority in perpetuity for Her Majesty, her servants, agents, and workmen from time to time and at all times hereafter to go, pass or repass, with or without vehicles, or other equipment, over the land described in the said Schedule for the maintenance and repair of the said line of pipes, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, from and after the 10th day of August 1970.
