PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the Declaration dated 5 November 1968, and published in Gazette, 12 December 1968, No. 82, page 2298, proclaiming road closed in Block VII, Takapau Survey District, Waipawa County, and also proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.
