Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Blocks II and III, Awaroa Survey District, Raglan County

RICHARD WILD, Administrator of the Government A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Hon. Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of August 1970.

Pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, the Right Hon. Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of August 1970.

SCHEDULE CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 1 acre and 22 perches situated in Block XI, Rangiora Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being part Rural Section 1259; as the same is more particularly
