EVIDENCE of the loss of memorandum of lease No. 68731, affecting all the land in certificate of title, H.B. Volume 89, folio 54 (Hawke's Bay Registry), whereof the Napier Harbour Board are the lessors and Sydney William Clark, of Napier, driver, is the lessee, having been lodged with me together with an application 242651 for the issue of a provincial lease in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such provincial lease upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

This Notice revokes the notice dated 21 July 1970, relating to certificate of title 89/54, in so far as that notice relates to that certificate of title.

EVIDENCE having been furnished to me of the loss of outstanding duplicate of memorandum of mortgage 618607 (Wellington Registry), whereof George Sanidas, of Wellington, metal worker, and Maria Sanidas, his wife, are the mortgagors, and Marie Louise Hampton, of Wellington, married woman, is the mortgagee, affecting all that parcel of land containing 9.05 perches, more or less, situate in the City of Wellington, being part Section 360 on public map of the town of Wellington, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 347, folio 103 (Wellington Registry), and application 831807 having been made to me to issue a provisional mortgage in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such provisional mortgage on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
