Land Proclaimed as Street in the City of Auckland
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 0 0.6 Part land below Mean High Water Mark, Waitemata Harbour.
0 0 36.2 Part old bed of Waitemata Harbour.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24272 (S.O. 46152) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Land Taken in Block IX, Whakatane Survey District, Whakatane County
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and also hereby takes the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 28.4 perches, being part Section 5, Block IX, Whakatane Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24275 (S.O. 45023) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the land held for soil conservation and river control purposes, and vested in the Poverty Bay Catchment Board by Proclamation No. 1286, Gisborne Land Registry.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block V, Turanganui Survey District, Cook County, Gisborne R.D., described as follows:

SECOND SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of road containing 2 acres 2 roods 10.5 perches situated in Block V, Turanganui Survey District, Cook County, Gisborne R.D., and adjoining or passing through parts Te Rua-o-Hinetu 2A, 2B 1 and 2B 2 Blocks, Te Rua-o-Taua 5, 6A, 6B, 6C 3, 8D, 8E, and 9 Blocks and stream bed; coloured green on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23486 (S.O. 5428) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Land Taken and Allocated in Block V, Tautane Survey District and Block VIII, Weber Survey District, Dannevirke County
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto and also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, and Eighth Schedules hereto; and also hereby takes the land described in the Ninth Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29; and also hereby allocates the land described in the Tenth, Eleventh, Twelfth, and Thirteenth Schedules hereto to the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29; and also hereby declares that the road described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Alan Walter Herbert, of Ti Tree Point, farm manager, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 108431 and 195215, Hawke's Bay Land Registry, that the road described in the said Third Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, vest in Colin Charles Hales, of Porangahau, farmer, and Barry Charles Hales, of Porangahau, shepherd, as tenants in common in equal shares, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 193886, Hawke's Bay Land Registry, that the road described in the said Fourth Schedule when so closed and the land first described in the said Ninth Schedule, when so taken and the land described in the said Eleventh Schedule, when so allocated, shall vest in Walter George Franklin, sheep farmer, and Robert Walker Franklin, farmer, both of Ti Tree Point, Dannevirke, as tenants in common in equal shares; that the road described in the said Fifth Schedule, when so closed, and the land described in the said Tenth Schedule, when so allocated, shall vest in Walter George Franklin, sheep farmer and Bryce Allan Franklin, farmer, both of Ti Tree Point, Dannevirke, as tenants in common in equal shares; that the road described in the said Sixth Schedule, when so closed, and the land described in the said Twelfth Schedule, when so allocated, and the land secondly described in the said Ninth Schedule, when so taken, shall vest in Gladys Margaret Stewart, wife of Thomas Stewart of Ti Tree Point, sheep farmer, Forbes Ewen Cameron, of Weber, sheep farmer, and Raymond Frank Galyer, of Dannevirke, public accountant; subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 232562, Hawke's Bay Land Registry; that the road described in the said Seventh
