Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining
thereon a pipeline as shown on the said plan, such licence to
be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the
terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regula-
    tions 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far
    as applicable, apply hereto.

  2. The term of the licence shall be 2 years from the 1st day
    of August 1970.

  3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be 6 dollars
    ($6) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be
    6 dollars ($6).

The Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice
No. 8, 1970

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle
Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives
the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification
    (National Roads Board) Notice No. 8, 1970.

  2. It is hereby declared, as required by the National Roads
    Board, that the State highway as set out in the Schedule
    hereto shall belong to the class set out in the said schedule.

  3. So much of the Notice (National Roads Board) dated
    the 9th day of July 1969†, as relates to the classification of
    the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE
STATE HIGHWAY CLASSIFIED IN CLASS TWO

No. 32 State Highway (Whakamaru-Kuratau) (from the
junction with the No. 30 State Highway (Te Kuiti-Whakatane
via Atiamuri) to the junction with the No. 41 State Highway
(Taumarunui-Turangi)).

A notice dated 13 June 1970 from the Central Chancery of
the Orders of Knighthood, St. James’s Palace, London, has
been published in the third supplement to the London
Gazette of 5 June 1970, advising that the Queen has been
graciously pleased, on the occasion of the celebration of Her
Majesty’s birthday, to give orders for the following appoint-
ment to the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and
Saint George:

To be an Ordinary Member of the First Class, or Knight
Grand Cross, of the said Most Distinguished Order
(G.C.M.G.):

Setting Apart Land as a Maori Reservation

WHEREAS by Order in Council dated 12 June 1940, and
published in Gazette, 20 June 1940, No. 64, page 1544, the
land described in the First Schedule hereto was set apart
as a Maori reservation, and whereas it is now desired to
extend the reservation to contain adjoining land as recom-
mended by the Maori Land Court; now, therefore pursuant
to the provisions of section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act
1953, notice is hereby given as follows:

NOTICE

  1. The reservation constituted by Order in Council dated
    12 June 1940 and published in Gazette, 20 June 1940, No.
    64, page 1544, relating to the land described in the First
    Schedule is hereby cancelled.

  2. The whole of the land described in the Second Schedule
    hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the
    purposes of a meeting place, place of worship, recreation
    ground, and source of water supply, church site, and place
    of historical interest for the beneficial owners of the Wi
    Pere Trust Estate.

FIRST SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land situated in Block I, Waimata Survey
District, and described as follows:

a burial ground for the descendants of William Keenan, the
Elder.

Role of Producers Qualified to Vote in New Zealand Honey
Marketing Authority Election—(Notice No. Ag. 10648)

PURSUANT to clause 13 of the Schedule to the Honey
Marketing Authority Regulations 1964 notice is hereby given
that the roll of those persons deemed eligible to vote for
the election of two producers’ representatives to the New
Zealand Honey Marketing Authority, together with the
number of votes allotted to each voter, will be open for
