Declaring Land Taken for an Aerodrome in the City of Manukau

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome from and after the 27th day of July 1970.

ALL that piece of land containing 48 acres 2 roods situated in Block IX, Otahuhu Survey District, City of Manukau, North Auckland R.D., and being all the land on D.P. 13104. All certificate of title, Volume 362, folio 16, North Auckland Land Registry.

Declaring the Surface, the Subsoil, and the Air Space Above the Surface of Land Taken for Electrical Distribution Works in the City of Hastings

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the surface, the subsoil, and the air space above the surface for a height of R.L. 68.57 ft, being the land described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby taken for electrical distribution works and shall vest in the Hawke's Bay Electric Power Board from and after the 27th day of July 1970.
