Declaring Land Taken, Subject to a Fencing Covenant and an
Electric Power Easement as to Part, for Maori Housing
Purposes in the City of Napier

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing
covenant contained in transfer No. 239506, and subject also, as
to the land lastly described in the said Schedule, to the
electric power easement in gross granted in and by transfer
No. 239505, Hawke's Bay Land Registry, for Maori housing
purposes from and after the 27th day of July 1970.
