Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed in Blocks IV and VIII, Pakiri Survey District, Rodney County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works, hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto and hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto and also proclaims that the road first described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Raymond Percy Gubb of Wellsford, farmer, subject to Mortgages 446806, A 51620, and A 217259 and that the road secondly and thirdly described in the said Second Schedule shall when so closed vest in Noel Lyttle of Tomarata, farmer, subject to Mortgages A 320000 and A 320001, North Auckland Land Registry.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Blocks XIV and XV, Stonyhurst Survey District, Waipara County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, also hereby proclaims as closed the portions of road described in the Second, Third, and Fourth Schedules hereto, also hereby declares that the portions of road described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Evesham Farm Limited, a duly incorporated company, having its registered office at Christchurch, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 787653 (Canterbury Land Registry), also hereby declares that the portion of road described in the said Third Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Albert Bremner Byroh, of Motunau, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 598646 and 598647 (Canterbury Land Registry), also hereby declares that the portions of road described in the said Fourth Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Norman Alfred Reid, of Motunau, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 684119 (Canterbury Land Registry).
