Title—This order may be cited as the Finance Companies
(Government Stock) Order (No. 2) 1969, Amendment No. 2,
and shall be read together with and deemed part of the
Finance Companies (Government Stock) Order (No. 2) 1969*
(hereinafter referred to as the principal order). -
Minimum percentage of Government stock to be held by
finance companies—Clause 3 of the principal order is hereby
amended by revoking paragraph (c), and substituting the
following paragraphs:
“(c) on the 30th day of June 1970, and at all times during
the succeeding quarter, 10 percent:
“(d) on the 30th day of September 1970, and at all times
during every quarter in each year thereafter, 12½
percent.”

Revoking as to Part a Notice Exempting Land in the Westland
Land District from the Operation of Part III of the Coal
Mines Act 1925
RICHARD WILD, Administrator of the Government
PURSUANT to the Coal Mines Act 1925, I, the Right
Hon. Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of
the Government of New Zealand, do hereby give the following
notice:
NOTICE
THE notice dated 7 February 1970, and numbered 9 and
published in the New Zealand Gazette, at page 231, is revoked
as to the lands described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
WESTLAND DISTRICT—BLACKBALL—GREY COUNTY
Lot 15, D.P. 84, being part Section 3, Block II, Mawheranui
Survey District: area, 30 perches, more or less, part certificate
of title, Volume 2c, folio 92, being part of the land described
firstly in Schedule C of the said notice.
Lot 97, D.P. 84, being part Section 3, Block II, Mawheranui
Survey District: area, 30 perches, more or less, part certificate
of title, Volume 2c, folio 95, being all the land described
secondly in Schedule C of the said notice.
Lot 153, D.P. 84, being part Section 3, Block II, Mawheranui
Survey District: area, 1 rood, more or less, part certificate
of title, Volume 2c, folio 101, being all the land described sixthly
in Schedule C of the said notice.

Survey District: area, 32 perches, more or less, part certificate

Appointing the Deputy Transport Licensing Appeal Authority
and the Deputy Transport Charges Appeal Authority Under
the Transport Act 1962
RICHARD WILD, Administrator of the Government
PURSUANT to section 158 of the Transport Act 1962, His
Excellency the Administrator of the Government hereby
appoints
Leslie Norman Ritchie, of Taupo,
to be the Deputy Transport Licensing Appeal Authority and
the Deputy Transport Charges Appeal Authority until the
28th day of August 1970.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of
the Government, this 15th day of July 1970.
