Land Held for Better Utilisation Set Apart for a Limited Access Road in Block III, Rangiriri Survey District, Waikato County

RICHARD WILD, Administrator of the Government A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Hon. Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of July 1970.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All those pieces of land situated in Block III, Rangiriri Survey District, described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 31.8 Allotment 821, Suburbs of Rangiriri.
0 0 24.9 Part Allotment 3A, Suburbs of Rangiriri.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24226 (S.O. 44961) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of July 1970.

Now, therefore, I, the Right Honourable Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the said land is hereby set apart as from the 27th day of July 1970 for the proper development or use of the land pursuant to subsection (1) of section 47 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, and in accordance with the operative district scheme of the Borough of Whakatane.
