The Traffic (Kawerau Borough) Notice No. 1, 1970
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Kawerau Borough) Notice No. 1, 1970.
2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
3. The warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949 dated the 25th day of November 1957* which relates to Kawerau Borough is hereby revoked.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Levin Borough Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Declaration That Part of the Karioi Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Karioi Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.
