Declaring Land Taken for a Stream Diversion and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Stream Diversion in Block XII, Kaihu Survey District, Hobson County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a stream diversion and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a stream diversion; and, that all the said land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Hobson from and after the 20th day of July 1970.
