  1. Special Fares for South Island Limited

  2. Fares—The following fares will be charged for travel on Nos. 143 and 144 “Southerner”
    express services on the South Island main trunk route.

  1. Return Journeys will be charged twice the single journey fare.

  2. Bulk Travel Vouchers—Where bulk travel vouchers are presented for tickets to travel on the
    “Southerner”, mileages to be deducted are to be calculated on actual mileage.

  3. Restrictions on Travel by Specified Trains

Insert new subparagraph (c):

(c) Tickets issued under the provisions of the following sections are not available for travel by
“Southerner” express services on the South Island main trunk route.
