NOTICE is hereby given that by resolution passed pursuant to section 362 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, on 20 January 1970, it was resolved that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up, and that the company be wound up voluntarily; and that Allan Keith Carran, chartered accountant, of Hastings, be appointed liquidator.
Also that a meeting of creditors of the company will be held, pursuant to section 284 of the Act, at the Argosy Buildings, 212E Queen Street, Hastings, on Friday, 30 January 1970, at 3 p.m., at which meeting a full statement of the position of the company’s affairs will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 285 of the Act, may nominate a person to be liquidator of the company and appoint a committee of inspection.
