Change of the Purpose of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for road to a reserve for recreation purposes.

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for scenic purposes to a reserve for recreation purposes; and, further, declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Tuatapere Domain, to be administered as a public domain by the Tuatapere Domain Board.

Declaration That Part of the Tuatapere Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve, Change of Purpose of the Reserve to Scenic Purposes, and Addition of the Reserve to Tuatapere Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Tuatapere Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve, subject to Part II of the said Act; and, further, pursuant to the said Act, changes the purpose of the said reserve from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to Part IV of the said Act, to form part of the Tuatapere Scenic Reserve, to be administered as a scenic reserve by the Tuatapere Domain Board.

Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve, Specifying That the Land Shall be Held by the Upper Hutt City Council in Fee Simple and How the Value Thereof Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for road purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and, further, declares that the said land shall be held by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Upper Hutt in fee simple; provided that a sum equal to the current market value of the said land is paid by the Council into its reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.
