of title, Volume 6A, folio 790 (South Auckland Registry),
containing 30 perches, more or less, being part Kauri Block
situated in Block V, Coromandel Survey District, in the names
of William James Proffitt, of Coromandel, retired, and Phyllis
Daphne Proffitt, his wife, having been lodged with me
together with an application S. 484106 to issue a new certificate
of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention
to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14
days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

above described, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue

Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention
to register such transmission and discharge upon the expiration
