Surrender of Coal Mining Right
PURSUANT to the Coal Mines Act 1925, the Minister of Mines
hereby gives the following notice. I, Norman Leslie Shelton,
Minister of Mines for the Dominion of New Zealand, hereby
surrender the coal prospecting licence described in the
Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
Coal prospecting licence held in the name of Her Majesty the
Queen for the purposes of Part III of the Coal Mines Act
1925, registered in the office of the Mining Registrar at West-
port, on 18 March 1968, as No. 14639.

The St. John's Anglican Cemetery Closing Notice 1970
PURSUANT to the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, the Minister
of Health hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the St. John's Anglican Cemetery Closing Notice 1970.
2. It is hereby directed that the burial ground known as the
   St. John's Anglican Cemetery, being the piece of land described
   in the Schedule hereto, shall be closed and burials therein
   discontinued after the 31st day of January 1971.
3. As from the 31st day of January 1971 the control and
   management of the closed burial ground known as the St.
   John's Anglican Cemetery shall vest in the Dunedin Diocesan
   Trust Board.

   ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre and 8 perches, more
